Sales Development Representative:

$40,000 - $80,000 a year, Part-time, Commission

Manski Media was founded with the goal of offering customized social media management for small business who have a desire to grow their business and either need help generating new potential clients, or simply don't have the time, energy or desire to properly manage their social media accounts themselves. The importance of a strong social media presence and engagement cannot be overstated for the success of a small business in today's market place, which is what makes our service vital to so many small businesses.

Unfortunately, too many companies will bend the truth and push potential clients to just before their breaking point to get a sale these days. We DO NOT do that. What we are looking for:

What we are looking for is someone who loves talking with people, and who can connect quickly with someone over the phone, in person, or on social media, and treat others with utmost respect regardless of the outcome of the sale. They must also have outstanding self-discipline and a drive to succeed that isn't dependent on others holding their hand to do so. A decent understanding of social media is important and the ability to learn quickly. Also important, or at least very helpful, is a strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing. The ideal candidate must have their own personal computer, high speed internet, and a conducive environment to work in. This person will primarily be cold and warm-calling potential clients to establish a relationship and schedule consultations for the sales executives. Other forms of sales avenues include but aren't limited to: networking events and groups, door to door, social media messaging, events, and more. All calls and interactions will be documented using our CRM so candidate needs strong typing and computer skills.

Minimum qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year cold calling, call center or direct sales experience.

- Ability to spend at least 4 hours per day for part time and 7 hours per day for full time actively prospecting for new customers.

- May work occasional evenings and weekends

- Must be self motivated and able to get the job done without excessive oversight.

- Strong computer skills.

- SalesForce experience preferred.


This is a commission with bonus and base* position as a subcontractor with the potential of making anywhere from $24k-$50k for part time and $40k-$80k for full time.
